New, superfast Wire-in-Air (WIA) fuses with market-leading features. Many high-current applications in conjunction with printed circuit boards are unthinkable without fuses. So far, the construction of such fuses, however, were set by the speed and inrush current requirements, the large fluctuation in the trigger point and the mechanical problems with the typical surface mount fuses WIA limits. With the new backups of the 2410-series of TE Circuit Protection Fuses are now available with excellent performance characteristics and high reliability in a rugged, ultra-slim body.
